Service Description

Our Post-Op Enhanced Recovery Program is designed for patients who have already had orthopedic surgery and want a more structured, supervised path back to strength, mobility, walking, and daily activity. This program helps bridge the gap between early post-operative recovery, traditional physical therapy, and long-term functional training. It is especially useful for patients who feel they are improving but still need guidance, confidence, conditioning, and progressive loading before returning to normal life or higher-level activity. Using Accelera and OsteoStrong technologies, the program may include reduced-impact walking, gait training, muscle activation, low-load strengthening, balance work, mobility training, isometric loading, and recovery-focused sessions. Tools may include the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, KAATSU, Power Plate, MyoAct biofeedback, and OsteoStrong Spectrum machines when appropriate. Patients should book if they want a supervised, technology-assisted recovery plan instead of trying to “figure it out” alone after surgery. Best for: Patients after total hip replacement or total knee replacement Patients after hip arthroscopy or knee surgery Patients who finished physical therapy but do not feel fully ready Patients with weakness, stiffness, poor walking tolerance, or fear of movement Patients who want a structured bridge back to exercise, work, travel, or sport Why book: Because surgery is only the first step. Better recovery requires the right progression, the right loading, and the right supervision. This program helps patients rebuild confidence, improve movement quality, and return to activity with a clear plan.
