This policy does not apply to in-person services, memberships, training programs, consultations, or appointments.

Some products may have limited shipping availability due to size, weight, manufacturer restrictions, carrier limitations, or local regulations.
If we are unable to ship to your location after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss available options, including cancellation and refund when appropriate.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, supplier delays, product shortages, weather events, or carrier disruptions.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

6. Local Pickup
Some products may be available for local pickup by appointment at our Puerto Rico location.
Local pickup is not guaranteed for every product. If local pickup is available, we will provide instructions after the order is confirmed.
Customers must bring valid identification and order confirmation when picking up products.
Products not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be subject to storage, cancellation, or restocking procedures.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
TrainSmart PR / Accelera LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TrainSmart PR / Accelera LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, you should contact the shipping carrier directly.
We may assist with providing tracking information or initiating a carrier claim when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee carrier claim approval.
9. Damaged Packages or Products
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist with replacement, repair, claim filing, or refund review.
Do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
10. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the order, packing records, shipping information, and product availability. If we confirm that an item was missing due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include shipment of the missing item, replacement, store credit, or refund.
11. Backorders and Product Availability
Some products may be subject to supplier availability, backorder, or manufacturer delay.
If a product is unavailable after purchase, we may contact you to offer one or more of the following options:

Substitute a comparable product, if available and approved by you

Cancel the order and receive a refund for the unavailable item
We are not responsible for manufacturer delays or inventory shortages outside our control.
12. Special-Order Products

Special-order items may have longer processing times and may be subject to different cancellation, refund, return, or restocking terms.
If a product is special-order or non-refundable, this should be stated on the product page, invoice, or order confirmation when applicable.
13. International Shipping
International shipping is not routinely available unless specifically approved before purchase.
If international shipping is approved, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
TrainSmart PR / Accelera LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping procedures.
14. Returns and Exchanges
Shipping-related issues are separate from our Return and Refund Policy.
Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if permitted under our Return and Refund Policy and if the product meets the required return conditions.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by TrainSmart PR / Accelera LLC or a confirmed product defect covered under applicable policy or warranty.
15. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty.
Warranty coverage, if any, is determined by the manufacturer and may vary by product. TrainSmart PR / Accelera LLC may assist with warranty communication when appropriate, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or denial may be controlled by the manufacturer.
Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
16. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior written authorization, the customer may be responsible for:
