Refund Policy

Train Smart PR provides structured training, recovery, and wellness programs, including pre-operative optimization, post-operative recovery, return-to-run training, KAATSU/BFR training, AlterG treadmill sessions, and related fitness and recovery services. Because our programs require scheduling, staff time, equipment availability, and individualized preparation, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all purchases.
1. Program Payments
Payment may be required in advance for certain programs, packages, memberships, or individual sessions. By purchasing a Train Smart PR service, the client agrees to the pricing, program duration, cancellation terms, and refund conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Program purchases may include, but are not limited to:

Pre-operative training programs

Post-operative recovery programs
-
Return-to-run programs
-
KAATSU/BFR training programs
-
AlterG treadmill training
-
Strength, mobility, and recovery sessions

Other supervised training or wellness services
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the conditions listed below:
A refund may be issued if the client cancels before the program begins and before any session, assessment, consultation, or service has been provided.
If services have already started, refunds are not guaranteed. Any approved refund may be prorated based on the number of sessions used, staff time reserved, administrative processing, and any applicable cancellation fees.
Train Smart PR reserves the right to deny refunds for completed services, missed appointments, no-shows, or unused sessions after the program period has expired.
3. Cancellations Before Program Start
Clients who cancel before beginning their program may request a refund by contacting Train Smart PR in writing.
If the cancellation is approved, Train Smart PR may deduct any applicable administrative fee, processing fee, or non-refundable deposit disclosed at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Cancellations After Program Start
Once a program has started, the purchase is considered active.
If a client chooses to cancel after starting a program, Train Smart PR may offer one of the following, at its discretion:

A prorated refund for unused eligible sessions

A credit toward future Train Smart PR services
-
A transfer of remaining sessions to another eligible program

No refund, depending on the circumstances and terms of the purchased program
Used sessions, missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.
5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Clients are expected to arrive on time and provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a used session.
No-shows may also be treated as a used session and are not refundable.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of scheduling privileges or forfeiture of remaining sessions.
6. Medical Cancellations
Train Smart PR understands that medical issues may arise, especially for clients participating in pre-operative or post-operative programs.
If a client is unable to continue due to a documented medical reason, Train Smart PR may request written medical documentation. Depending on the situation, Train Smart PR may offer:

A temporary hold on the remaining sessions

A credit toward future services
-
A prorated refund for unused eligible sessions
Medical refund or credit requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically guaranteed.
7. Program Expiration
Programs and session packages must be used within the time period stated at the time of purchase.
If no specific expiration period is stated, sessions should generally be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise approved by Train Smart PR.
Unused sessions after the expiration period are non-refundable.
8. Promotional Offers and Discounted Programs
Promotional, discounted, bundled, or special-offer programs may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a refund is approved for a discounted program, the refund may be calculated based on the standard session rate rather than the discounted package rate.
9. Equipment, Products, and Retail Items
Any equipment, devices, accessories, or retail products purchased through Train Smart PR may be subject to separate return and refund terms.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for refund consideration.
Opened, used, customized, or special-order products may be non-refundable.
10. Payment Processing Fees
Credit card, Stripe, or third-party payment processing fees may be non-refundable, depending on the policies of the payment processor.
If a refund is issued, Train Smart PR may deduct any non-refundable processing fees from the refund amount.
11. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
12. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, cancellation, credit, or account review, clients should contact Train Smart PR directly.
The request should include:

13. Right to Modify Policy
Train Smart PR reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on our website will be the current policy applicable to future purchases.
